Up for sale is one (1) Donald Fagen - The Nightfly SUPER RARE PROMO QUIEX II LIMITED EDITION PRESSING ON TRANSLUCENT VINYL. Released in 1982 on Warner Bros. Records (#1-23696). You can tell it is translucent when held up to a bright light.
I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME!
The vinyl is in Very Good condition, with some minor surface marks that do not effect play, but you WILL hear some surface noise and some pops along the way. As is with a VG rating there is a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts and between tracks.
Nice clean labels.
The cover is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to crumples, corner dings, scrapes, fade spots and ring wear, etc... There are no split seams.
The Hype Sticker, QUIEX II sticker and Promo Sticker are all affixed directly to the cover.
The original custom lyric sleeve is in Good+ condition with a few crumples, dings throughout and a split seam on all 3 sides. To further protect the inner sleeve, the LP is now being housed in a plain white sleeve.I obtained this LP in the early 1980's. It was gently played back in the day. It has not been played in over 30 years.
