First pressing distributed by Columbia House record club.  The vinyl sounds GREAT -- clean and crisp, with almost no surface noise.  Cover shows a little age but is generally in good condition -- mild ringwear (a little more so on the back), some edgewear, a couple of small corner dings, but no real damage.  Original lyric inner sleeve has some ringwear and splits on all three seams (2" on bottom, 3" on each lateral edge), but no tears or folds.
