Donovan: A Gift From A Flower To A Garden 1968 UK 2 LP BOX SET Mono Complete. Ex.
NOT PLAY TESTED. VISUAL GRADING ONLY. NO RETURNS. BOUGHT AS SEEN.
This set is complete. All inserts are in superb condition; as good as the day they were printed. The vinyl also looks in excellent condition, perhaps barely played. Unfortunately, the box is not as good, and is in two parts. It also has some scuffing and edgeware.
VINYL APPEARANCE. EXCELLENT.
Both discs are of a similar standard. Excellent. Just a few very light handling marks, and very little in the way of hairlines etc. Both look very lightly played.
LABELS: EXCELLENT.
All four labels are again of a similar standard. Excellent. Barely a blemish, and next to no spindle ware, again indicating that they didn’t see a turntable very often.
INSERTS: NEAR MINT.
All inserts present, along with the card booklet that houses them, are near mint. Free of graffiti, tares, rips. In fact, there’s barely a crease. Superb.
OUTER BOX. GOOD.
Sadly, the outer box is in two parts. It also has scuffing/edgeware, with some loss lifting of a side seam, and tape repair elsewhere.
PLAIN WHITE INNERS. NEAR MINT.
Both plain white die-cut inners are near mint. No seam splits. Again, barely a crease. Superb.

In conclusion, this is a lovely, original first press mono, with what visually can be described, as excellent vinyl, near mint inserts and inners, but with an outer box that’s seen better days. Id give an overall grading of VG++. I do though tend to be quite conservative in my gradings/descriptions, as being a collector myself, I appreciate that accurate and honest grading is paramount. Thus, I retain a 100% positive feedback rating, so rest assured, you can bid with confidence.
