My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

IF YOU DECIDE TO BID YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE VISUAL DESCRIPTION NOT ON HOW IT MAY PLAY, Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.

Both sides have NO Deep Marks and NO Deep Scratches Under Strong Artificial Light. Both Sides Have NO Marks At All, except the odd extremely light sleeve removal trace (Not that I can see any). It is a Stunning Nr Mint example, beautiful shine. They Never turn up like this!!
Labels both have Hardly Any signs of play (spiders legs) under strong light, Both labels are clean, bright with NO wear and free from the usual writing etc Stunning Nr Perfect...see photos
Original Earliest Possible Laminated Gatefold Sleeve Is In Great Condition. Bottom Right and Top Right Corner have wear (to the front flap). Light amount of wear to opening edge. No wear to bottom edge or top edge at the back, front flap has slight wear to top edge, Spine has no wear, fully readable with Original Staples. Front is flat and clean and still shiny with no rubbing or ringwear, Some Creasing to Right Side and laminate bubble top left and another lower along spine edge. Back has no wear, damage or fading, no rubbing, faint creasing. Inside Is Flat and Undamaged, Some age spots....see photos...It's a Really Great Example of this Rarest Earliest Issue Sleeve. Booklet Is flat and Still Attached, a bit musty with a few age spots on back, a couple of patches of wear to pages but Still Really Great
The original White Polylined Inner has no splits or damage or writing and hardly any discolouration.
