Description

Welcome to my doo-wop, r&b, and soul sale! All this week and coming soon are some really classic and essential titles in both 45 and LP. Check my other items for sale for the first of these great batches of 50s and 60s rarities! Thanks for looking

Artist: The Moonglows
Title: I Was Wrong b/w Ooh Rocking Daddy
Label/Cat #: Chance CH-1156
Year: 1953

Condition: G+ a-side shows scuffs and surface marks none of which are deep or intrusive, playback has minimal pops and what wear there is is mostly demonstrated as background "noise" - b-side is the same but has one or two feelable marks that keep it from being in the "very good" range grade-wise and produce some persistent "pops" (no skips) towards the end of the track - take a listen to full clips of both and judge for yourself!

Comments: Essential early sides from Harvey and company in their early brilliant days on Chicago's legendary Chance label - a must own!

Thank you for browsing and again please check my other listings for more rare 45s and LPs in many genre. If you have any questions please ask. I pride myself on honest grading and helpful communication.

Grading: Records are graded conservatively on a scale of: NM (rarely applied to a used record, must look absolutely pristine), EX (a true top copy worthy of any collection with 1 or 2 truly minor imperfections), VG+ (a minimal amount of marks may be seen under bright light with none deep enough to significantly effect playback), VG (perfectly good playing copy but may show slightly more than minimal marks with 1 or 2 maximum being feelable), VG- (still an eminently listenable record that will show numerous superficial and possibly several more impacting marks), G (will play through but could be a "noisy" listen the result of numerous surface marks of various severities).

Postage: USA: MEDIA MAIL $4.00 (up to 4 LPs or 6 45s) $6.00 (up to 8 LPs or 12 45s) ASK for higher quantity rates  WORLD: FIRST CLASS $18.50 first LP or $11.50 first 45 + $2.50 per each additional
