Artist: The Chantels
Title: The Chantels
Label/Cat #: End LP 301
Year: 1958
Condition vinyl: G+ both sides have lost much of their original sheen and luster showing numerous light marks, the vast great majority of which are non-feelable. Plays through just fine with some expected extra noise Condition sleeve: G+ tough to grade as this looks great, clean front slick, but it appears the seams have all been glue repaired back together, particularly the top and spine which appear to have been near fully split. Corners show rounding and some light discoloring on back
Comments: Really nice vintage true 1958 first pressing w/ group shot in dresses, nearly impossible to find and highly collectible!
**Please see listing photos to evaluate jacket and record label condition (will always post photo of the WORST looking side if there is a difference) - any soundclips used for auctions are recorded directly from the item offered with no enhancements, audio "clean ups" or other alterations**
Thank you for reading and again please check my other listings for more rare 45s and LPs in this genre. If you have any questions please ask. I pride myself on honest grading and helpful communication.
Grading: I grade conservatively on a scale of: NM (rarely applied to a used record, must look absolutely pristine), EX (a true top copy worthy of any collection with 1 or 2 truly minor imperfections), VG+ (a minimal amount of marks may be seen under bright light with none deep enough to significantly effect playback), VG (perfectly good playing copy but may show slightly more than minimal marks with 1 or 2 maximum being feelable), VG- (still an eminently listenable record that will show numerous superficial and possibly several more impacting marks), G (will play through but could be a "noisy" listen the result of numerous surface marks of various severities).
Postage: USA: MEDIA MAIL $4.00 (up to 4 LPs or 6 45s) $6.00 (up to 8 LPs or 12 45s) ASK for higher quantity rates WORLD: FIRST CLASS $18.50 first LP or $11.50 first 45 + $2.50 per each additional
