Description

Doors, L.A. Woman, Orig UK Elektra EKS-75011 PVC Sleeve LP+Inner, VG+/EX, 1st Pr

Original UK Elektra Butterfly label stereo press LP, with the earliest A-1 matrices, EKS-75011 sleeve credit & 'Doors Music' label credits!   The Shorepak matt PVC window sleeve is intact & in VG+ condition, with some light edge/corner wear, a small tear on the front opening (carefully repaired) & light rubbing on the rear cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the yellow inner has been carefully repaired & is in VG+ condition.   The record is in visually EX condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines/scuffs visible on each side and a small needle mark on track 5 side 1, which causes a few low clicks, but no skipping. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few light spindle markings.   The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and still a really great loud and punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are; K-42090, A-1 stamper B-17, B-1 stamper C-2. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!!    All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.   All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!   Please wait to be invoiced so that the correct postage can be charged!!
