Doors, waiting For The Sun, Orig UK Elektra EKL-4024 G/fld LP, EX/EX, 1st Press!
Description
Original UK Elektra big 'E' red & black label mono press LP, with the earliest A-1 B-1 matrices of the very 1st pressings! The matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/edge wear on the front cover and some light storage rubbing on the inner cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain inner is intact & in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a few of faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two small needle marks visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a few spindle markings. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some light background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter passages, still a really clean and punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; EKL-4024, A-1 stamper A-11, B-1 stamper A-13. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1968 UK mono issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!!
