Description
Doo-wop 45: PRISONAIRES on Sun 186 (1953) original!
Sun 186 (US, 1953)
Just Walkin' In The Rain b/w Baby Please
An original Sun 45 by a group that actually consisted of five prisonaires. The recordings were made at the Tennessee State Prison, Nashville, TN. Apart from this 45, they also recorded some gospel sides (Sun 189 and Sun 191).
A push mark can be seen on the "Just Walkin' In The Rain" side (right on top of the ' V'), there's another one round the "a" of "Rita", but it's hardly visible in the scan (note: push marks help to identify an original Sun 45).
Condition: Worn copy that plays surprisingly well; check both sound clips that were recorded from this 45 with no modifications whatsoever.

Note: I can ship up to three 45's or two EP's for $4.50 (Europe) or $8.00 (outside of Europe).
