Label/Number: Regent MG-6039 Mono (green label, deep groove, "RVG" stamped in dead wax on both sides) 

Conditions:

Jacket/Sleeve: VG++ (corners bumped slightly, bottom right hand seam split about 1/4")

Vinyl: VG+ (excellent gloss)
