Description

Super rare 3 song Doyle Bramhall & Smokestack 'Welcome' Vinyl sampler EP. Issued by RCA in 2001 to promote the great, overlooked 'Welcome' album. White labels are clean, vinyl is VG++. Gatefold cover has some waviness in the center (see pics) but no splitting or tears. I've had a few copies of these and ALL of them have this waviness flaw. RCA must have forgot how to produce record jackets by the 2000's..If you are a real Doyle fan you know this album was recorded all analog w/o the use of pro-tools. So,knowing this fact, you can rest assumed the vinyl version of these 3 tracks sound INCREDIBLE! Wish the entire album existed in this format but this EP will have to do..Getting quite scarce now as well. Thanks for your interest.
