Duane Allman An Anthology gatefold double Lp. Sent with Australia Post Standard.

So, it's a double Lp set that I have probably had since new. The record was copyright in 1972, but the inner sleeve was printed in 1974, so I doubt that it's an original pressing. It's a US pressing.
The Lp's are visually in VG to VG+ - probably VG+ - on the Goldmine rating scale. I have partially listened to the records with headphones on, selecting tracks that had slight visible defects and was able to notice a couple of light clicks apparent on close listening. Held up to a bright light some surface scratching is evident. There are almost no spindle marks, and I have always kept my records in protective plastic covers. The front cover and inside the gatefold are in excellent condition with only very minor defects. The back cover has some modest ringwear.
I think overall I'd tend to rate both cover and vinyl towards the VG+ category, but would not want to quibble over minor differences of opinion.
This collections gets a 4 1/2 star rating on Allmusic.com. (as does volume 2 of this collection that I am also selling in another ad)
Records are sent in a double layer of rigid cardboard with the vinyl outside the cover to minimise the risk of compression damage to the cover. An outer plastic record cover is included.
