Description

Duke Ellington (with Charles Mingus and Max Roach)  MONEY JUNGLE  United Artists 14917, recorded 1962.  Mono original pressing. Rather an unusual character to this disc:  almost flat edges, and very wide spirals between tracks. Something skidded toward the center and leaft a small trail of audible damage at about 7 spots on side B.  Ergo VG play on that side.  VG++ on other.  Jacket is M---very handsome clean copy of this early classic.


Here’s the fourth of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well.  Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence.
