Description

This is the original deep-groove 6-eye mono pressing of Duke Ellington “Such Sweet Thunder” on Columbia CL 1033. Other than three light inaudible handling marks, the playing surface is in beautiful condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The cover has very light rubbing at the top and bottom of the front; a neat (no tape) 3” repair to the top seam, at the opening. The back is boldly signed in ink by Ellington. Personnel include Clark Terry, Johnny Hodges, Harry Carney, and Paul Gonsalves. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly.
