Description
Decent playing copy of this 1968 blues tour de force – Duster Bennett creates a mighty racket on his own (think 60s British blues meets 70s punk attitude and energy) but to top it all off he basically has Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac as his backing band, plus Ham Richmond (piano) and Stella Sutton (vocals). Awesome.
It's a stereo UK 1st press on the much prized Blue Horizon label too.
The sleeve has some wear – a few marks and some surface loss at the top of the back cover, but it's in solid overall shape and grades VG+.
The vinyl has lots of hairlines, scuffs and marks but with the exception of one small feelable scratch (pictured) this doesn't really impact the audio, which is loud and strong – just a little surface noise in the quieter moments. The scratch delivers a few tics. It grades VG+ overall.
The rough finish Blue Horizon labels are VG+ to Excellent (a couple of small marks on Side 2), and there's a VG plain white inner.
