Description
You are bidding on one of four BERLINER'S 7-inch Gramophone 78 rpm. From an estate.
#6014..."Gladstone's Advice on Self-Help and Thrift." By Mr. Wm. F. Hooly
William F. Hooley (16 April 1861 – 12 October 1918) was a British-born American bass singer and pioneer recording artist who was popular as a solo singer, as a monologist, and as a member of several of the most successful vocal groups of the early twentieth century, including The Haydn Quartet and The American Quartet.
Condition: I've left all four records in the state in which they were found. The first is an unadjusted scan of the record. The second scan is just the label with contrast adjusted to allow reading.
This one needs cleaning and certainly has wear. I sampled just enough to hear that it plays crackly but loud and clear.
