This listing is for a brand new/unplayed copy of PEACE, LOVE & DEATH METAL by EAGLES OF DEATH METAL on Pink Marbled vinyl. This debut release by EOD was produced by Josh Homme, who helped assemble the tracks while contributing drums, percussion, bass, backing vocals and harmonies. Other Queens Of The Stone Age collaborators and/or members that appear on the album include Nick Oliveri, Alaine Johannes, Brody Dalle, and Natasha Schneider.
This LP was purchased directly from the QOTSA website, a few years back, and comes from a crate of sealed dead stock original pressings that they stumbled across. Again, this item is an OFFICIAL and ORIGINAL DEAD STOCK copy from 2004 and is still BRAND NEW. You can even see that the album is still sealed in the first image, as I kept it that way since purchasing. I only just now carefully slit the shrink at the opening to verify the color for this listing. [I simply slid the record halfway out, while keeping it in the inner sleeve, as pictured in the last image.] I initially assumed it was black, but remembered hearing about others who were surprised to discover they'd wound up with pink marbled vinyl. I had to know if this was one of those lucky copies before listing it here and IT IS!
I've found no record of any official repress after the 2004 release date and this record is OUT OF PRINT. The majority of the other sale copies that you'll come across are "unofficial" bootlegs.
