Description
EARLY 1972 PRESS COMES WITH UNUSED ORIGINAL POSTER! COMES WITH ORIGINAL PRINTED INNER SLEEVE! David Bowie - Space Oddity LP on vinyl record 1972, RCA Victor, LSP-4813
• Poster is in NEAR MINT condition and is unused. There is no fading and has been stored safely. There is an extremely tiny tear no longer than a fingernail at top of poster in the center (see pic).
Record: EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT+ NO SKIPS! EXTREMELY CLEAN. Side 1 is in amazing shape with only 2 light superficial hairlines that span about an inch in length. They are non abrasive. The rest of the side is NEAR MINT. Side 2 is in NEAR MINT+ shape with almost no wear. Superb copy with the original poster and inner sleeve! "AK" written on one label in sharpie. PLEASE NOTE: The LP has a bit of a warp near the lip/brim of the LP. It does not affect play, the needle does not lift from the record whatsoever but it noticeably bobs up and down during play. The bobbing gets less and less as you get further into play because it's only near the edge.
Jacket: VG++ NO SEAM SPLITS! Minimal ring wear. Very thick and sturdy jacket! Binding has held its shape over the years. Graphics show great color. Cover has a couple creases near Bowie's face. Binding has a noticeable scuff in the center but it is not a split. General wear over the years. Inside the vinyl slit there is a little black smokiness but is minor and not noticeable from the outside.
Item is almost 40 years of age, general wear is to be expected.
