Up for bid is a PRE-SALE for EARTH "Primitive & Deadly" Double LP released on Southern Lord in 2014.
Gatefold Cover is Near Mint, Vinyl is STILL SEALED. Limited Pressing of 500 copies on Grimace Purple/Royal Blue Colored Vinyl-OUT OF PRINT.
Package includes Limited T-Shirt in size Extra Large (I'm assuming in Men's size).

Primitive And Deadly, is EARTH's tenth studio collection. Dylan Carlson and long term cohort, drummer Adrienne Davies, manage to pull off the trick of completing an Ouroborean creative cycle, twenty-five years in the making, whilst exploring new directions in their music. For the first time in their diverse second act, they allow themselves to be a rock band, freed of adornment and embellishment. As much as Carlson's guitar has always been the focal point of EARTH's music, it's been surrounded by consistently diverse instrumentation. Here the dialog between Carlson and Davies drumming remains pivotal, underpinned by the sympathetic bass of Bill Herzog (Sunn O))), Joel RL Phelps, Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter) and thickened by additional layers of guitar from Brett Netson (Built To Spill, Caustic Resin) and Jodie Cox (Narrows). Perhaps the largest left turn on Primitive And Deadly, though, is prominence of guest vocalists Mark Lanegan and Rabia Shaheen Qazi (Rose Windows) who transform the traditionally free ranging meditations of EARTH into something approaching traditional pop structures.

This deluxe vinyl version of the new Earth studio opus comes in a thick Stoughton old style tip-on jacket with a "soft-touch" UV varnish. It has to be felt to be believed! The vinyl version has a vinyl-only exclusive track: "Badgers Bane".

If you are not home, I suggest you stop your mail, have someone you can trust pick it up, or notify me when to ship it when you return. I will not be held responsible if you are not responsible.
Records will be listed if sealed or unsealed. Seller not responsible for any internal damage due to shipping sealed records (ex: ripped printed sleeves or jacket). Item can be opened upon buyer's request and record will be shipped in paper sleeve alongside jacket in a polysleeve. Unsealed items will automatically be shipped in same manner mentioned above. If you would like a sealed item opened and record shipped outside jacket, let me know.
Records listed as sealed means I have no knowledge if there are any audio/cosmetic defects (ex: clicks, pops, skips, audio quality, etc.), so seller cannot be blamed for this. Meaning, a refund is given only if item is returned SEALED. I do not play opened brand new items. I ship as is; if there is a defect, I am not at fault.
Used records are play graded (M, NM, EX, VG+, VG, & G-keep in mind I am not a professional grader). I listen to records, I don't look at them. If you are going to nitpick every flaw once you receive a record, maybe you should shop elsewhere. Only unsealed new records are graded by appearance.
I will only list played records that have no skips. I use a Technics SL-1200 MK2 with a Stanton cartridge. That does not mean it won't skip on your turntable; all players are different.
Record sleeves graded Near Mint are just that. Near Mint. NOT MINT. Meaning there are minor imperfections (ex: minor corner dings, creases, splits, etc.). Any major issues will be noted.
Feedback given once buyer gives feedback first. If intent on leaving neutral/negative feedback please e-mail me first so situation can be remedied.
All items sent Priority Mail are insured. If an item is sent Media Mail, unless listed, its not insured. You have the option of insuring items but it will cost a little extra and you need to tell me that before.
Any major issues with presale item will be relayed to buyer once item received.

Items can be sent First Class or Priority International shipping. Both come with delivery confirmation, however, First Class weight limit is 4 pounds (1.8 kg) and uninsured. If concerned about item going missing, you may want to use the Priority Mail (insured) option. If intent on buying multiple items and weight limit (4 lbs./1.8 kg) is exceeded, item will be sent Priority and buyer will pay for full shipping fee amount.
Buyer is responsible for all taxes/import fees ( I will not alter item's Ebay sale price on shipping label to compensate for this-it is a violation of ebay standards and is shipping fraud). Buyer should take into consideration any additional fees.
