As with all Berliner's - there is obviously some surface noise and level of hiss.
As with most Berliner's from the 1890s, this one shows small scratches, scuffing, handling and some groove wear. There are some small indentations or what may be called 'dimples' in the grooves. Again, this is pretty common wear for these records.
CONDITION:GOOD a small part is broken at the edge (not on recorded grooves)
It will send "sandwiched" between 2 wooden plates and housed in a cardboard package.
