From my personal collection, this is an unplayed, new ECHO & THE BUNNYMEN 7 inch  PROMO LABEL SPAIN PROMO-ONLY single 

showcasing the songs Lips Like Heaven and Rollercoaster.

The words PROMOCIONAL PROHIBIDA SU VENTA are printed on the record labels, on each side, and similar Promo wording is on the back cover, see photos.

It was issued in Spain in 1987 in a very limited Promotional edition only. This unique item was never available to the public, nor sold in stores. 

The record (never played) is new, in mint condition.  The picture sleeve is also in mint condition.

Postage cost includes protective packaging.
