Description
EDDIE BOYD with PETER GREENS FLEETWOOD MAC
'7936 SOUTH RHODES'
Rare 1st UK Pressing of this legendary BLUE HORIZON label LP from 1968 - MONO?
The front laminated cover is in general nice EX condition with only slight wear to the opening edge.
The vinyl LP. SIDE 2 - is in nice EX+ condition, only a few light marks to be seen when angled in a strong light and barely any lessening in sound quality. SIDE 1 - is in VG condition, it has more marks to be seen in the lamplight and unfortunately, a small scratch near the start of track 2 causes a series of light background clicks leading to a couple of louder pops. However, there were no jumps on my system and the rest of this side plays pretty much EX. Still an enjoyable playing copy.
the labels are nice EX+ condition and pretty much look as new.
The original inner sleeve has been replaced at some time with an archival quality 'mobile fidelity sound lab' sleeve which has a 7cm seam split at the bottom edge.
Please look at the photos for more information regarding condition and issue.
The LP has no damp damage and is flat on the turntable.
The item will be posted using a robust 'cruciform' or box type corrugated card mailer and the vinyl will be removed from the cover.
As international postage is now very expensive and can vary greatly, all international bidders please contact me before bidding for a postage price. I will try to find the best price for 'tracked' postage.
Finally - Good Luck to all bidders!
