Description
On offer here is av very, very rare UK blues album with Eddie Boyd And His Blues Band produced by Mike Vernon. Featuring John Mayall (harmonica), Peter Green (guitar), Tony McPhee (guitar), John McVie (bass), Aynsley Dunbar (drums). This copy is a STEREO 1st pressing on the 1st press blue unboxed Decca label and 1st press “Robert Stace” laminated sleeve! This LP is very, very hard to find … specially in this great condition … and is massively rare! This great copy really deserve a serious collector. The cat. no. SKL 4872 (matrix no. ZAL-7823-1W/ZAL-7824-1W). The blue unboxed Decca labels is in clean/nice condition with light spindle marks. The vinyl record has light surface wear/paper scuffs. The record must grade Excellent- (very good +)! The laminated front sleeve is in great condition … just a few small creaces and very light corner wear. No spots/writings, no edgewear/seam split. The opening edge is straight with light feathering! The unlaminated back has a blue price-code sticker that was standard for LPs sold in Norway at that time. There is a tiny, tiny number written in upper left corner. The sleeve must grade Very good (+). Old style company polylined innersleeve in excellent condition (I`m not sure if this innerbag is the original one). This great copy and highly collectable UK blues LP is a must for any 60s music collector. I will mail this LP with stiff & solid packing; extra new polylined innerbag and heavy duty PVC sleeve for protection will be enclosed. Airmail postage within Europe is UK£8.00 (1 – 3 LPs), outside Europe UK£12.00 (1 - 3 LPs). Sorry about the heavy Norwegian poststage. I can mail this LP for a lower postrate, but the packing/protection will not be so good. Payment terms: PayPal or cash payment (UK£/US$/Euro) mailed by letter. Do contact me if you need more information/details/scanned pictures.
