Cover Condition:  EX-
There are no seem splits, tears and no writing to the cover. The cover is still brilliantly cleaning, especially if you think it is over 50 years old! The back cover is still very white with no signs of age. The front laminate has peeled slightly from the righ hand opening edge (see photo). But otherwise, if it wasn't for the laminate peeling, this cover would have been in EX+ condition. In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.

Vinyl Condition:  EX-
The record just has a few very light surface marks that look like they were caused by removing the record from the sleeve. But still retains lots of shine. In accordance and in agreement with the "Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide" grading system.
