EDDIE HILL I Can Hear You Crying RARE DETROIT NORTHERN SOUL 45 GE GE Thelma HEAR

Fantastic hard to find 45 by Eddie Hill. Songs are: "I Can Hear You Crying" b/w "I Can't Help It". Original U.S. issue on Detroit label Ge Ge Records #502 released in 1965. GeGe was owned by Don Davis and Hazel Coleman and shared the same address as Thelma Records, 6519 Grand River, Detroit. Condition is VG- (5) several surface marks/scratches/scuffs. Quality vintage vinyl pressing plays very well, some background surface noise in spots. Music blasts loud above background noise. Respectable strong player you won't be ashamed to play.

Great Joey King Fish songwriting and production on I Can Hear You Crying. Don Davis production on I Can't Help It. Great Detroit classic, John Manship is asking $150 U.S. for a copy.

Grading Scale:

10: Mint Perfect record, clean gloss, no marks, beautiful in every way. Very few records will make mint.

9: Mint- Very clean, only a few light marks. A great record.

8: Excellent (VG++) Condition between 7 and 9.

7: VG+ Used, but not abused. Light scratches only. Should play, and look very nice with minimal surface noise.

6: VG Still a nice record. Looks a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, still plays well, some surface noise.

5: VG- A bit rough but will play ok. Fills the collection.

4: G Plays very rough. Has multiple scratches. What a bargain!!

3-2-1: It only goes down from here.
