EDGAR BROUGHTON Wasa Wasa UK 1ST HARVEST, TOP AUDIO!
Description
Detailed seller ratings:
Item as described: I list everything possible about this item, please read everything thoroughly and view ALL of the photographs. Please do not bid if you expect something different from the listing.
Communication: I will answer any sensible query quickly and politely, but please read the listing thoroughly first. I email the winner to thank them for the bid and to advise them of the likely dispatch date (usually within 24 hours of receiving payment). I email again to confirm dispatch and provide tracking number.
Dispatch time: I dispatch within 24 hours of cleared funds, sometimes even the same day if the payment is received early enough and I am able to get to the post office in time. After that, it's down to the Royal Mail and whichever international mail service is involved - all of which is out of my control.
Postage and packing costs: It generally costs me more than I charge for shipping by the time I add in my mailers, stiffeners, shipping labels, printer ink, packing tape, fragile labels, petrol to the post office...so I do not overcharge on my shipping costs in any way.
Feedback: I would appreciate your feedback after the sale and you have received your item and are happy with it. This means I can then leave feedback for you and our transaction is closed.

FULLY PLAY GRADED VINYL - FROM START TO FINISH - EX++ AUDIO! SUPERB COPY!
PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method OF ALL, with no possible exterior audio distractions)
VINYL:
S H V L 7 5 7 A - 1 G P 2
S H V L 7 5 7 B - 1 G O 2
Superb looking vinyl that looks to have had very little play with just a few very fine sleeve removal hairlines that have barely any effect on audio playback. Fabulous original 1st pressing from 1969...
Side One:
Plays very nicely all the way through with quiet background noise (more like hiss than crackle) only really audible on the initial run in (which is actually replaced by recorded hiss from the rather loud guitar amp!). A couple of very faint pops on a few occasions (probably dust) which are virtually covered by the music and could possibly improve with a thorough professional clean. Very little background noise in between tracks. Excellent tone and volume throughout on all frequencies, superb use of stereo panning of the instruments. EX+ (would easily be MINT- if the pops clean up).
Side 2
Plays just a little better with no pops or clicks and with MINT- audio throughout. A great listen. Very nice copy indeed and hard to improve upon.
PLAYS RIGHT THROUGH WITH NO JUMPS, NO STICKS, NO REPETITIVE CLICKS
OUTER SLEEVE:
Original UK printed sleeve with "Made and printed in Great Britain" on inside gatefold, no makers name but likely to be a Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve as they made a lot of the Harvest sleeves at this time. Outer laminated gatefold in excellent condition, some very very minor laminate lift near edges, but very minor, slight cracking to top edge and minor patch that has been slightly touched in but hard to spot. Inner gatefold is unlaminated and reasonably clean, does have some ageing spots but NO graffiti. Spine slightly offset but perfectly legible and not much wear at all. Excellent example.
LABELS:
Excellent, NO graffiti and only very faint spindle traces. Complete with the all-important "THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD" text on the rims of the labels and also with NO EMI logo.
INNER SLEEVE:
Original Harvest company inner sleeve with no poly liner, but intact otherwise. Record is housed in a separate plain poly lined sleeve to protect the record and also the original inner sleeve. Sleeve has SHVL 757 written in one top corner.
Thanks for taking the time. Good luck in the auction.
