THIS LP IS SIMPLY MASSIVELY RARE!!!! WHILST U.S. PRESSINGS OF THIS LP TURN UP OCCASSIONALLY - UK 1ST PRESSINGS NEVER DO!!!! IN FACT MOST GUIDE BOOKS DONT EVEN CREDIT THIS LP AS EVEN BEING RELEASED IN THE UK!!!! IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AS A UK 1ST PRESSING AND IS THE 1ST ONE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT HEARD THIS LP BEFORE - IT IS A SUPERB MIX OF BLUES/PROG ROCK, WITH STUNNING GUITAR WORK, GREAT VOCALS AND SOME BRILLIANT KEYBOARD WORK!!!! THIS IS THE 1970 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS CAPITOL GREEN TARGET LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE AND 1ST PRESS 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' FLIPBACK LAMINATED COVER!!!! THIS LP IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A UK 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Capitol UK 1st Pressing from 1970 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is E-ST 426 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Green Target Capitol label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Edward Bear at their best!!!! Any fan of Edward Bear, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 1 scuff mark, 1 light scuffline, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! There is NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), a few light creases (Cover is still flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in GREAT condition with NO writing, only VERY minimal light grubbyness, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!! The only MEGA minor other point to mention is some VERY minor fraying to the VERY edge of the bottom flipback ONLY (NO splits, NO rips, NO tears, NO flipback loss etc). The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A UK 1ST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
HAVE A LOOK AT MY PICTURES - I DO MY BEST TO SHOW THE RECORD FROM ALL ANGLES AND MAKE THE PICTURES AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE - THERE IS NOTHING TO HIDE!!!!
