Description
Pianist Edward Kilenyi plays Brahms' Concerto No. 2, with Jonel Perlea conducting, on Remington LP R-199-164. Red label issue. These Remington records have a truly special sound, and are always unique and wonderful performances, and they always are destroyed! This copy is in unusually excellent condition. The cover has no splits nor ringwear, and is really quite lovely. A little general shelfwear but very very good. The disc has barely a mark on it at all, but plays with a touch of background noise that is gone when the music is going, like all Remington records. There is a slightly ticky beginning on side one. I counted 13 light ticks and then it stops. Not bad. A really great copy of this classic which you never see in playable condition.
