ALL the hardest of the hard progressive rock fans recognise UNCHAINED by ELIAS HULK to be the greatest prog rock LP of all time. That reason right there combined with the eyewatering rarity of this item is testament to why this LP so rarely comes up for sale. In condition like this and with no hideously overpriced reserve, well a rare rare rare opportunity not to be missed !!!
I do not hold with this LP being categorised as progressive rock.In my opinion its a Rock LP and hard rock at that. I do however hold that UNCHAINED is one of the best LPs of ALL TIME. If you have not heard this album then you are simply letting the best things in life just pass you by.
The sleeve. The front laminated sleeve is in lovely condition with no unwanted handwriting on the front or back. Just a few light laminate creases to the bottom right area. The back panel shows very light wring wear and the colours are still very vibrant, also the spine is completely intact and all spinal writings fully ledgible. The sleeve is graded as EXCELLENT minus.
The vinyl: Double click the pictures the record labels to both sides are fantastic and problem free. The vinyl to both sides in incredible. Only under a bright spot lite you can see the very lightest spidery hair lines that are on every vinyl record that was ever removed from its inner sleeve. These have no issues on the playback of this masterpiece and the way this LP plays in an experience for true lovers of quality rock music. There are guitar solos on here Richards Paige and Gilmore would be proud of and what a ferocious voice . No skips no jumping and no intrusive hissing total silence in the dead wax areas this LP plays all the way without fault. The vinyl is graded as EXCELLENT PLUS.
