- Shipping Costs:
- As before, the buyer pays for shipping.
THIS IS NEW!
- Buyer pays a set fee of $ 6.00 for shipping MEDIA MAIL ONLY
Handling and Insurance.
Shipping will be slightly higher than $ 6.00
if you live outside the USA!
But, due to the rate changes EFFECTIVE JANUARY 04, 2010
the cost for shipping ONE or TWO (or one double) ITEMS
Priority Mail will be $ 8.60!
Why so high?
Because under the new postal rates
that went into effect on JANUARY 04, 2010,
all priority packages weighing over 1 lb.
will be subject to ZONE charges
in addition to the NEW regular rate.
Since then, I’ve mailed some packages containing one ITEM
for which I’ve paid $5.85 for postage and a $ .80 for DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
And mailing supplies cost me almost aprox .89 cents per shipment.
So I’ve been taking a loss on some priority shipments.
That’s the bad news!
The GOOD NEWS is
the Quality of my packaging is TOP - NOTCH & FIRST RATE!
