Description

Truly beautiful copy of the original 1956 first pressing of the legendary Ella Fitzgerald Sings the Cole Porter Songbook double LP on Verve MGV-4001-2. Original orange labels and laminated gatefold cover. Both discs are lovely and play near perfectly. There are some superficial scuffs but they generally don’t affect the play at all. They play with only the tiniest background crackle between some songs but really not much at all. Really clear and uncluttered sound. A great playing copy. The cover is gorgeous, with only the slightest signs of gentle use. This is a splendid original copy, hard to beat.
