Description

Beautiful copy of the 1959 first pressing of the rare stereo version of Porgy & Bess sung by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, on Verve double-LP MG-VS-6040. This copy is in stunning condition. Both discs are excellent and play near flawlessly. There are a very few light marks and scuffs here and there, but really it plays as if NM. The cover is likewise excellent, with no split seams, no corner dings, creases, sticker tears, edgewear, or even ringwear. The gatefold has a beautiful booklet attached and it is also like new. This copy is just gorgeous. A top original, and in stereo.
