Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

 INCREDIBLY Rare to find this UK pressing these days, this copy is a beauty with the original die cut gatefold sleeve!

THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

As you can see, this vinyl is the EARLIEST 1st UK pressing -RARE to see this on a UK press.  Stored from new this LP has seen A FEW PLAYS ONLY, and remains in superb condition everywhere.

IT PLAYS STUNNING -hardly any static at all, no skips jumps etc..it sounds sonically superb throughout both sides.

A few light spider lines around the centre hole, but no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever. and SURPLUS WAX around the centre hole.

There barely any light whisp and a couple of very light hairlines that are visible under bright light! The silky vinyl has survived for 41 years in quite uinbelievable condition. This is in fact the very first time we have auctioned a firs original opressing.. they just never surface!

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY COLLECTION. FINDING THESE FIRST PRESSES IS BECOMING VERY HARD TO DO.

THE SLEEVE     EX+    So rare to see this at all!

Correct  UK MATT DIE CUT  FINISH SLEEVE  first issued earliest sleeve with the SEABROOK credits.

Well, to start, this is such a rare record to see in any condition, and finding a true first press with this sleeve is just impossible. We have here a wonderful copy for you, and with only a few minor spider lines and a little edge rub, this is without question as good as we feel anyone could possibly find in this day and age.. Such a flimsy design prone to such damage, on the rare occassion we have seen this sleeve it has always been terrible.

SO THIS SLEEVE?....ITS SIMPLY STUNNING!

The edges are all super clean with only slight traces of rub, at all on the edges , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition. This sleeve which is so hard to preserve without wear has clearly been stored away for decades! The black inks suffer no ring wear at all..and THAT alone is quite special!

A few light spider lines over the edges and there is some light corner dink to the front edge. No powdery white ringwear or even ring press of any note.

The corners have some very light rub, and the back sleeve shows some very very feint rub and a few more spider lines.

The spine edge is leaning over (a common fault with the design of this style sleeve-like Thin Lizzys Jailbreak etc) some very light rub on the bottom edge of the spine and a little along the top - titles are perfectly legible.

The open out is MINT!  perfect black inks and no wear around the die cut square..no ring press or wear, and the open out that reveals the vinyl is sharp as new with only the tiniest little spider line at the top - Yes..quite incredible.

WE CLARIFY BY SAYING, THIS SLEEVE IS  SUPERB  QUALITY. and RARE TO SEE AT ALL, finding one cleaner than this we really feel is POSSIBLY a fruitless task!

  with the vinyl housed in a further poly lined black inner.
