A bit about us......

 

Everything we do is made to order - we do not keep stock. If you buy something we make it for you, so each item may be slightly unique depending on the blank item we print upon! 

 

We are based in Guernsey (on the map look across the English Channel south of the UK and pretty close to France - see that dot? That's not a speck of dust or a recently deceased fly, that's Guernsey!).

 

We try and keep our postage rates as low as possible and will often do postage discount for multiple items, however the island's post is brought in by air early in the morning the UK, and sent out again on the same aircraft in the evening back to the UK for distribution to its final destination, so effectively the cost of postage covers a jolly trip for your package to England before going on elsewhere. That's assuming that the plane isn't too full to take everything or that it conks out and doesn't go at all!! On top of all that, we also have to pay VAT import duty for any goods sent to the UK – and we don’t even have VAT in Guernsey!!

 

Payment is strictly by PayPal only. The Mugfather does not accept cash, cheques or any other forms of payment through EBay.

 

Finally, we do try and get it right every time and send out quality items - if we don't, please don't give us bad feedback straight away, drop us a message and let us try and fix it first. 

 

If we do get it right, feel free to leave feedback and more importantly recommend us to your friends.

 

I will also provide feedback, but I tend to do it in batches so hang in there and I will make sure it's done. Promise.

 

 

 

CHRISTMAS 2017 POSTING CUT OFF TIMES

 

Please note that our cut off times for posting items in time for Christmas are as follows:

UK (including Global Shipping Programme) – Midnight on 15th December 2017

Rest Of The World – Midnight on 8th December 2017

Any orders received after these times will be sent within our usual time frame and on an best efforts basis only with no guarantee for delivery by December 25th.

Please, please, please note the above times if you are buying goods us as gifts for Christmas. Mail sent Guernsey can often be delayed through bad weather so try and get your orders in early.

If you are still keen to order an item for Christmas after the cut off dates we may be able to arrange fast delivery through registered mail. This will cost extra so please contact us for a quote before ordering.
