ELSIE BIANCHI TRIO At Chateau Fleur De Lis SONORAMA L-102 LP (Germany, Sept. 2017)

Recently unearthed tapes from the estate of Elsie Bianchi, recorded 1968 at Chateau Fleur De Lis in Atlanta/ Georgia. Unknown repertoire of her Swiss trio, with Elsie and Siro Bianchi performing on instruments they otherwise never recorded with: hammond organ, tenor saxophone and flute - including “Now`s the Time”, “Pennies From Heaven”, “Alice In Wonderland”, “Swingin` Shepherd Blues” and even a French sung version of “Take Five”.
