Description

This sale is for a factory sealed copy of "Don't Shoot Me, I'm Only The Piano Player" by Elton John. This is from 1973 (1st pressing) on MCA Records 2100. This is in beautiful sealed condition......check out the 2 photos I have posted as they are part of my description. I can't be 100% sure that this is the all-black label as it is still sealed. This does appear to be the 1st pressing though as it has the attached booklet, this is a heavy pressing & there is a small breathe hole in the front shrink...... all indicators that this is the original pressing. The songs are "Daniel", "Teacher I Need You", "Elderberry Wine", "Blues For Baby & Me", "Midnight Creeper", "Have Mercy On The Criminal", "I'm Going To Be A Teenage Idol", "Texan Love Song", "Crocodile Rock" & "High Flying Bird".

  • Cover : The gatefold cover is in NM- condition with a tiny dent in the top edge but otherwise this looks new. The shrinkwrap is clean & tight with 1 small break & a small piece missing near the lower left corner. This is still fully sealed & the LP has never been outside the cover & has never been played. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : Presumed to be NM & unplayed since this is still factory sealed.


  • Labels : Presumed to be NM since this is still factory sealed.
