According to Japan post,
From December 18th,the airline companies (Air France Cargo KLM Cargo) which carry SAL mail at Charles de Gaulle Airport (France) and Amsterdam Airport (Netherlands) have suspended underwriting of certain mailing countries and regions.
The following countries, any deliveries have been suspended for mail items that have already been offered or will be provided in the future.
Also, as described below, we will suspend underwriting of certain mailing countries and regions from Dec 18th.
