Description

This is a rare first pressing vinyl single by Elvis Presley, featuring the songs "Hound Dog" and "Don't Be Cruel." The record is a 45 RPM with black vinyl and a paper sleeve. It was released in 1956 by RCA Victor in the United States. The sleeve is in near mint condition and features the iconic black and white Elvis cover. The record is labeled as having "New Orthophonic High Fidelity" and is a mono recording, reflecting the early 1950's rock and roll era of male pop vocal music. This is the Rare cover with DON'T BE CRUEL FIRST THEN HOUND DOG 2ND. IT ALSO HAS A STAMP ON THE FRONT COVER THAT SAYS 8/56. No other cover I've looked for has the Stanp on the front.
