Description:
This is a 45 record with it's sleeve by Elvis Presley. The songs are (A)An American Trilogy and (B)The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. The 45 was released in April 1972. The late Roberta Flack's cover of the B side song came out before Elvis' and was very famous (she won two Grammys for the song).

On the A side there is an R (Rockaway, NJ pressing) etched into the deadwax away from the other etching.
The record really is in excellent condition but I did notice a scratch on the "...Face" side. I have tried to show it in the pic. I do not have a player at the moment so I do not know what the effect is. I put my thumbnail across it and there is no groove. I don't think the record was played much if at all as the record is shiny and the paper label looks new.
The sleeve is very good. There are no seam splits or ring wear. It does show some minor creases. The price of 89 cents has been stamped on the "...Face" side.
I hope this 45 can add to someone's collection.
