condition of the LP.  I do not want to over rate condition, preferring that you to be pleasantly pleased,

rather than be disappointed. 

 I can tell you the owner was a very picky collector and took meticulous care of his collection.

 Of course the signed cover is special too.   This is a promotional LP item #000067
