ELVIS COSTELLO - I Can't Stand Up For Falling Down b/w Girls Talk 7" 2 Tone Records 1980
Condition (sleeve/vinyl): --/VG-
Interesting copy of Elvis' rare withdrawn 2 Tone single, where the B-side label is pressed significantly off center (see second photo). Visually, the A-side is pretty clean and plays nicely, but the B-side has some heavier scuffing and plays with some ticks during the lead-in. The off-center label does not affect playback, as it does not touch the playing grooves. Also the B-side label has some light foxing spots.
GRADING:
• NM (near mint) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape
• EX (excellent) means there is very little to no wear -- a small, inaudible surface mark on the vinyl or a small bend on the sleeve
• VG+ (very good plus) means the record has minor wear -- sleeve creased and/or shows a slight ring impression, vinyl shows cosmetic signs of handling
• VG (very good) means the sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has multiple small scratches
• VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy
• G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips
