This is a true Elvis rarity. My personal copy of Elvis' very first PREVUE /demonstration /promotion copy for RCA Gold Standard Series, white label copy of  Sun sides 'That's All Right / Blue Moon of Kentucky' .


When RCA bought Elvis' contract from Sun records in 1955 they acquired the rights to all recorded material to date as well. RCA then released the five Sun singles and later to start the Gold Standard Series with 'That's All Right'.


This is the PREVUE copy of that first RCA GSS 45, stamped in the run off, and issued to promote the 'new' release. Highly sought after and treasured by Elvis collectors. It is difficult to find in any condition. The vinyl is in at least VG+ condition and displays a high gloss with very few light hairline marks. It plays beautifully with a clear uninterrupted audio on both sides. The labels are clean stating 'Not for Sale' on both labels. Comes in the original RCA sleeve which has slight ring wear. I found this record far harder to get than any Sun 45. Really tough to find with the sleeve and even harder as the Promotion Copy.
