Description
This is first issue variant from 1956! It is in pretty amazing condition considering the age. There is some discoloring and stain spots. Please see pics. There was a split almost clear through the top of the jacket, so I have mended it myself with hinging tape. It now works good as new, but the look is very evident. I've also provided a brand new poly lined paper sleeve because the original was missing. The vinyl looks amazing. I would visually grade it VG+-NM-. The playback does have some typical surface noise as to be expected from a very old record, but a very good listen still. The spine looks great too. It does look to be cracking in spots, but nothing has split or opened yet. This is an Idianapolis Pressing. Black labels on the vinyl with "RCA Victor" and "Nipper" logos. "New Orthophonic" High Fidelity on the right, under side marker. Elvis Presley in small print above the spindle hole. Camden, NJ address in rim text. Track A6 credited to P.D.
Please see pics. I have done my best to include any examples of blemishes and markings on the vinyl.
We ship worldwide through the Global Shipping Program. If you are in a country that is not covered by the GSP, or do not agree with their practices, please DO NOT bid or buy. We no longer make exceptions for any other shipping.
We do our best to describe and photograph each item in detail. We try not to rely on any specific grading system, such as Goldmine, for using those simplistic grades may not capture the true essence of the item, and are also subject to interpretation by the seller or buyer. Possibly increasing expectations. Ebay, however, requires grading within the details of each listing, so be aware that our final say is within our detailed descriptions.
