For sale are vinyl copies of Elvis Presley and The Jordanaires LPs.

The vinyl in this auction are rare copies and both feature Elvis' famous backing band, The Jordanaires!

All songs but one (Fever) on Elvis Is Back feature the backing band The Jordanaires, who have been recording solo albums since 1950. Is Back is the 1960 release from camp Elvis and has an impressive track list:

The Jordanaires Sing Elvis' Favorite Spirituals is a tribute album by the the backing band best known for their recordings with Elvis Presley. The Jordanaires were formed in Springfield, Missouri, formed in 1948. Though they have had various members over the years, this album features three who recorded with Elvis.  The members on this recording are: Ray Walker (bass, 1958-present),  Gordon Stoker (1st tenor /manager, 1950-present), Neal Matthews, Jr. (2nd tenor, 1953-2000), Duane West (baritone, 1982-1999).

Elvis is Back Mono (RCA Victor, LPM-2231) Matrix # in the deadwax: L2 WP1965- 6S / L2 WP1966- 6S
Vinyl is EX with light wear, faint surface noise.
Jacket is VG- with noticeable wear on outer jacket including edge/corner wear, a split along bottom in a few places and a very small hole along opening, but inside the gatefold is amazing!


The Jordanaires Sing (100% Music, NR15703 )
Vinyl is EX with hardly any wear and almost no surface noise, but does have a very slight concave storage bow that doesn't affect play.
Jacket is EX with almost no wear save for a small tear at top of opening, still in shrink!!
