Description

RCA Victor Records LPM-1382 from 1956.  His second LP for RCA that year.  This is a 6s/5s matrix stamped USA pressing with the regular version of Old Shep, not the alternate take version. 

Cover= Near Mint.  Beautiful copy with vibrant colors on the front and back.  Original "ad back" version.  Only flaws are a name and old store price written on the back cover.  No rips, tears, stickers or seam splits.  Spine printing fully readable with no flaws.  Beautiful beautiful cover.

Now the bad news:  the LP has suffered some heat damage and as a result there is a bit of an edge warp that affects the sound quality mostly on the 1st song on each side and at the beginning of the 2nd song.  Then it goes away and plays fine the rest of the way on both sides.  I have played both sides all the way through to give you an audible grade.  Otherwise LP= VG(+) with some light surface marks, none big.  Guaranteed not to skip but also guaranteed to have some audible surface crackle here and there.  Also, this is the 1st label version with "Band 1, Band 2..." etc. Upgrade your cover with a beautiful example or just get this one to start off your collection.
