Hello & welcome to my auction! I am offering for auction this Very Rare Hard To Find Elvis Presley Gold Standard Series A Touch of Gold 45 EP Record EPA-5088. This Record Features: Hard Hesded Woman,Good Rockin' Tonight,Don't,I Beg of You. This record has minor scratches,but is in good condition!

MY TERMS

• Refunds are granted only if grossly misrepresented and item is returned to me within 7 days of receipt.   I do not refund return shipping.
• I charge $1.00 handling, if you win mulitple auctions, 50 cents for each additional item you win
• I do ship overseas but item has to go via airmail and I do mark the customs form as Ebay Mdse. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO LIE ON A CUSTOMS FORM, IT WON'T HAPPEN.
• I do not refund for damaged or lost items, if this concerns you then you need to purchase insurance, I am happy to help you file a claim.
• I require payment within 7 days, if you can't do that or don't intend on paying, please do not bid.  Most of my items belong to my customers who would like their money in a timely fashion. 
• If you do not pay, then I do report to ebay for nonpayment, this can affect your future use of Ebay so please bid responsibly.
• Most of my items are shipped via USPS, larger items go UPS.  If you have something going through UPS it will take longer to arrive to you as I don't go there frequently, I usually get there once a week.
• I do not negotiate shipping so please don't ask.
• I occasionally make mistakes (I am human).  If I have made an error, please contact me before filing a claim or leaving a negative feedback. I will take care of you if I made a mistake. 
• I am always happy to help my customers who have questions or need more pictures, please ask!!
• I will ship overseas but it will have to go airmail parcel post, no exceptions and I will mark the customs for "Ebay Mdse."  I will not do anything illegally so please don't bid if this is a problem for you.
• Personal checks will not be accepted for any of the automotive parts I will be listing, paypal or money orders only please.
