GOT A LOT O' LIVIN' TO DO! - GREEN LABEL DEMO (RCA 1020)
Collectors are well aware of how rare and collectable these items are - something which is reflected in their value. Very few were made and, at the time, the general public had no knowledge of their existence - which makes them genuinely rare.
This single-sided, TRI-centred demo, manufactured by Decca Record Company on behalf of RCA in the UK in 1957, was the other side of 'Party', Elvis' second single (RCA 1020), released on the RCA label in the UK. This demo is almost 60 years old.
This particular copy is in very good condition overall (I would say the vinyl is actually (VG+) but, as you can see, there is some minor writing on the label. It also has the time code (2:34) written on but this was done at Decca before the demos were distributed. And as has become normal, the green labels tend to look slightly grubby to the naked eye.
