FAME AND FORTUNE - GREEN LABEL DEMO  (RCA 1187) 
Most Elvis collectors are well aware of how rare and collectable these items are - something which is reflected in their resale value. Although no one knows for sure how many copies were made it is safe to say very few; and, at the time of their manufacture, the general public had no knowledge of their existence - which makes them genuinely rare. Very importantly, they were never intended to be sold to the general public.
This single-sided, solid centred demo, manufactured by Decca Record Company on behalf of RCA in the UK in 1960, was the B-side of Elvis' first post-army single in the UK, 'Stuck On You'.  This demo is 57 years old and unlike some of the more popular ones, does not turn up very often either on eBay or other sites.
 This particular copy is in very good to excellent / condition overall (I would say the vinyl is actually (Ex-/ VG+).  And while the label is generally very clean, you will note there is some additional writing (someone's name?), as well as the time code being added at Decca, along with the catalogue number (RCA 1187) being rubber-stamped on the label.
