The vinyl play graded:  Nice heavy vinyl original issue which has a split at the edge which causes a loud and repetitive bumping sound.  I played it for a while and actually it didn't skip but I couldn't stand to let it play throughout. So I offer no guarantees on the sound quality.  Visually the crack is fairly unobtrusive and the vinyl still retains some shine.

So to me the value is all in the appearance and it's only suitable for framing.  I think that with records such as this the seller get's one shot only.  So in this particular case I am saying "sold as is" ie.  no refunds.

Actually,  I had half a mind to hang it on the wall myself.  That would very cool but I need the cash

GRADING

45s can be tricky to grade so these days I at least let the needle drop on the vinyl to hear what's going on.  Mostly, this play grading is just for as long as it takes me to check the date of issue.  But I like listing 45s.  It's fun, so fairly often I play the whole thing and holler at my wife to check it out.  LOL

FEEDBACK/DETAILED SELLER RATINGS

Given the choice between getting a negative feedback or a score of 1 or 2 on my DSRs, I would take the feedback any day.  The reason is that low DSRs can cause my items to slip down toward the last items of most searches.  That’s very damaging to my sales.  Strange as it may seem, my Feedback Score has now assumed less significance to me.

I know that this is not generally understood, but it’s a fact.  So much for that – but PLEASE, if you are not 100% satisfied, talk to me.  I am not hard to get along with.

GRADING

The condition of records in most collections tends to fall into a fairly narrow range.  So, I play a few records and decide upon the collection’s general quality before making decisions on each item.  Needs must that the vast majority of my records are graded visually.  So I grade conversatively to Goldmine standards.  I think most buyers are familiar with that system.  However, often I will use the term “Excellent” which is vinyl that I rate between VG++ and Near Mint.  Please note that I only use the term Mint when I am certain that the vinyl is unplayed.

I am happy to combine mailing.  Please allow me to invoice you before you make payment, because eBay does not always show the buyer the correct cost for mailing multiple items.

FEEDBACK RESPONSE

My feedback is fixed to respond automatically to any positive feedback that is posted for me.  This saves me precious time and as any seller will tell you, the hardest part of trading on eBay is finding the time to list your inventory.  It is a very labour intensive process.
