Here is an original 78rpm copy of Sun 217 released in 1955. "Baby Let's Play House" trail off numbers are U-143-2 with 72 about 1/2" away. "I'm Left..." trail off numbers are U-142 with 72 about 1/2" away. Label and spindle hole condition is very nice as you can see. The vinyl plays through with nice fidelity and no skips on both sides. There are numerous light surface scratches on both sides and a fair amount of surface noise as would be expected with a heavily played 51 year old record. There are no deep scratches or loud pops. There are no chips around the edges and no cracks. I do not think this record was played on a wind up with a steel needle because the fidelity is still very good. All in all I would grade both sides VG-. A pretty nice copy at a reasonable opening bid. Overseas bidders are welcome but should be willing to pay USPS airmail fees + insurance for fragile 78's. Please read my payment instructions before bidding. I do not accept Paypal. US bidders pay priority mail + insurance. I pack 78's carefully in hard boxes with bubble wrap.
